I detect elements of early-Rush, King Crimson, and Resistor’s last album (The 5th Season) here. I’ve ever been an avid fan of tale-telling rock (Rush, Uriah Heep, Led Zep, etc) & am glad bands like King Gorm have taken up that torch. They do a fine job of conveying the evolving mood of their progressive tale. The inspired bass guitar parts are a highlight for me (akin to G. Lee or S. Harris). This is classic-sounding, imagination-friendly prog-rock. Well done! Thx, King Gorm! 7.5+/10.
